Per Aide: $10-$40/course/year
Usage: This allows your staff to pay for only the courses they want.
Courses range from $10-$40 each. No contracts, no minimums.
Your staff simply prints out or emails the certificate of completion when they are done.
Basic Aide Tracking:
Setup: Free
Per Aide: $35/year
Usage: This allows your staff to sign up for the site and take all of the courses we
offer as well as any we add within that year.
Management: You can login and view the grades of aides that took specific courses
as well as times they took them and the in-service hour(s) granted for that course
Value Added Benefit:
Setup: $2500
Per Aide: $25/year
Usage: We customize an interface that would look like part of your company's
web site or corporate identity. This would make the delivery of the in-service programs
look like a 'Value Added Benefit' service that your company offers allowing your aides to
take programs at their home. Certificates of Completion are also customized with your
company's logo and information.
Management: You can login and view the grades of aides that took specific courses as
well as times they took them. You can also view courses taken by aide as well as the ability
to export these records to Excel or other formats for your internal HR departments,
send emails to all of your aides reminding them to take certain courses to remain compliant.

virtually any need you may have to deliver educational and training materials.
Management: Functionality is unlimited as to what reporting and exporting needs you
may have. Automatic emails, report generations, sorting by aide, course, date,
are all possible. This keeps everything in one place and easily accessible records in real time.
